Hocking Hills Lodge and Conference Center located inside Hocking Hills State Park is seeking reliable & friendly candidates for Dishwasher positions in our brand new State of the Art kitchen!
Hocking Hills Lodge and Conference Center is a brand new 81room lodge with 40 cabins a fullservice restaurant/lounge and banquet facilities to accommodate up to 200 guests. Hocking Hills State Park is one of the most visited State Parks in the country requiring a level of attention to detail and service to meet the guests expectations and experience.
As a Prep/Pantry/Production Cook youll support the daily production of our caf menu including breakfast sandwiches wraps salads bowls snacks and bakery items. Youll work behind the scenes to prep portion assemble and finish food using tools like a TurboChef oven. Ideal candidates thrive in highvolume settings take pride in cleanliness and consistency and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Prepare and portion fresh ingredients for daily menu items
Assemble cold and hot grabandgo meals (breakfast lunch and evening items)
Operate TurboChef oven and other caf equipment for ondemand heating and toasting
Ensure food quality freshness and presentation standards are consistently met
Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe standards)
Assist with labeling storage inventory rotation and restocking
Keep prep and production areas clean and organized
Support the caf team during busy service periods
1 year of prep cook or food production experience preferred
Experience with quickcook ovens (TurboChef experience a plus)
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and time management
Team player with a positive flexible attitude
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
