The Sales Incentives Analyst for Mammotome is responsible for developing incentive packets including management of any incentive tools for the field sales teams. This position oversees designs and develops annual incentive plans for a multichannel field sales organization that aligns with established organizational financial and business objectives.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Develop & model annual quota (and corresponding financial impact) for North America Field Sales organization based on historical sales and revenue projections inclusive of developing insights to analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs and territory alignment including preparing various standard and custom reports.
Perform monthly quarterly and annual calculations validation and payments of commissions including distributing monthly statements to the field and sharing/managing Presidents Club scorecards to ensure payouts are timely and accurate.
Develops maintains and implements systems and processes critical to the financial reporting and tracking of sales commissions metrics & accuracy including accruals for all field sales positions that receive commissions compensation.
Distributes incentive plans to the field sales team & ensures timely acceptance of plan documents. Develops and delivers any relevant communications and training related to incentive programs polices and processes.
Participates in special projects such as performing analyses of competitive pay practices economic trends current market position and cost impact system enhancements and improving analytics and may have additional duties assigned such as Fleet Management.
The selected candidate will possess:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office with demonstrated ability to perform quantitative analyses and data manipulations within various databases & systems; experience & Familiarity with SAP & Salesforce preferred.
Experience and knowledge with data modeling including visualization techniques. Experience creating dashboards & data visualization in Power BI preferred.
Ability to multitask and be flexible to meet continuously changing priorities & challenges in a fastpaced and growing organization.
Excellent problem resolution analytic written and verbal communication skills.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Accounting or related field required.
2 Years of relevant sales Commissions/Financial Analysis work experience required with familiarity in the healthcare industry preferred.

The salary range is $90000$100000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
