Were looking for a curious individual to join our team as an Email Deliverability Specialist at Revit.
No prior experience in this exact role Thats okay! If youre interested in how email systems work have strong analytical thinking and are ready to learn wed love to hear from you. Youll help us maintain and improve the way our emails reach customers by investigating and solving deliverability issues with full support and guidance from our experienced team. As an Email Deliverability Specialist you will:
- Manage and resolve various email deliverability issues;
- Ensure uninterrupted email distribution onprojects;
- Communicate with our colleagues toaddress their problems/issues/questions;
- Analyze deliverability cases toprovide our business with the best solutions;
- Assist with mailbox warmups DNS settings optimization and bounce logs;
- Monitor our own mailboxes tomake sure that they are healthy.
You will definitely be successful in this role if you:
- Have experience working onanemail provider support position orasimilar role (will beaplus);
- Understand and can resolve various email deliverability issues;
- Are familiar with different antispam technologies;
- Possess strong written and spoken English skills (at least a strong Intermediate level);
- Excel under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
- Take initiative as a responsible problem solver;
- Build rapport easily and collaborate well with diverse team members;
- Share acontinuous improvement and growth mindset;
- Perform your best in transparent impartial and fastpaced environments.
