Job Title: Security Change Manager
Location: Cambridge or London United Kingdom
Employment Type: Fulltime 1year Fixed Term
The job
This is a business facing role with the primary purpose of delivering complex internal projects that will require the support & involvement from many functions across role has responsibility for the successful daytoday adoption of new security capabilities across 1st and 2nd Line of Defence teams. This is a senior role reporting to Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and will provide security & technical expertise and programme leadership. The Security Change Manager will need to build and maintain strong positive relationships with key stakeholders through clear & effective communication stakeholder engagement and change management.
Key responsibilities
Agree leading indicators to provide early information on the success of change activities.
Plan and deliver specific change activities to support Group wide security projects and programs.
Regularly soliciting feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Identify risks and issues that relate to the ability for AVEVA to adopt new security services processes and ways of working.
Support the CISO with prioritisation tracking and resolution of requests and escalations from senior executives and leadership.
Support the CISO with boardlevel and senior management communication and engagement for requests and escalations.
Essential requirements
At least 5 years managing change in complex Information Security technology or business transformation programmes.
Proven experience of complex stakeholder management managing lots of stakeholders with different views & personality types up to and including CSuite members.
Ability to positively influence senior executives management and colleagues to support business change.
Ability to lead and motivate others demonstrating empathy and knowledge of personality types.
Desired skills
Strategic thinking to facilitate prioritisation.
Good business & commercial awareness.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field; project management and/or general business management; or equivalent related Security Change Management experience.
Change management training and certification.
