LOCATION: Dolphin Centre Poole
WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK
SHIFT PATTERN: 5 on 2 off
SALARY: 38700 per annum

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Services Manager youll oversee security cleaning and pest control at the Dolphin Centre. Youll ensure high standards and collaborate with stakeholders to solve challenges effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead security and cleaning teams
- Manage budget and track expenditure
- Control rosters to meet SLAs
- Oversee timesheet input for accurate payroll
- Recruit develop and train staff
- Attend monthly review meetings
- Conduct regular cleaning audits
- Support ESG initiatives
- Conduct investigations and disciplinaries
- Flexible for outofhours needs and Saturday duty
- Manage chemical use per COSHH regulations
- Conduct and record monthly Toolbox Talks
- Record sickness and conduct Return to Work interviews
- Complete absent management process
- Ensure adherence to H&S policies
PERSON SPECIFICATION ESSENTIAL
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Leadership abilities
- Task prioritisation skills
- Excellent report writing
- IOSH Managing Safely
- SIA licence SG
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience of conducting investigations & disciplinaries
DESIRABLE
- CCTV licence
- Degree in relevant field
- First Aid qualification
- Membership in a professional body
- BICS qualification
