CONTEXT :
So far the IT department of GO was dedicated to maintenance activities and small to midsize projects implementation. This department was mostly covering commodity activities rather than considered as a strategic asset.
Today after the pandemic and smart working conditions successfully put in place as digital process streamlining cloud transition and IT security are a must strong IT leadership and skills are required in order to drive successfully Business initiatives (Finance replatforming) or Tech&Data initiatives (Cloud 5 Security Pillars One ID One Workplace).
IT is expected to be professionalized and aligned to Group if not market standards. IT Engineering & management skills are expected to improve.
