Your tasks at a glance
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery pricing and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately concisely and in a timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations building rapport and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook Word Excel and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking reporting followups and managing patientrelated activities.
A clear view of your assets
- You have an interest in the medical field and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics retail banking insurance travel sales restaurants gyms etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
- You are organized resultsoriented selfdisciplined and have excellent prioritization time management and problemsolving skills.
- You find it easy to connect with others and quickly build trust.
- Schedule: You have flexible work availability Monday to Friday (8:00 am4:30 pm).
