Salary: 9828.66 per annum

Grange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look after our properties at Brodie Place in Eastbourne. With a can do attitude youll prioritise and manage your own workload independently.
This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents in maintaining their wellbeing and independence. Lone working youll have support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant.
Organised and able to work on multiple tasks youll have a good understanding of building maintenance as youll be responsible for the general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to the structure of the property. Youll also manage contractors including weekly cleaning gardening and bimonthly window cleaning.
Youll be an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents contractors and clients.
As the first point of contact for any resident complaints leasehold enquires or property alterations youll be able to advise and empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus.
A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding is an important factor within the Scheme Managers role you will be required to use applications such as Outlook and Word.

Brodie Place consists of 30 Leasehold independent living flats Built in 1989. 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom available. The scheme has very nice gardens and a small lounge and laundry room for residents use. There is a residents committee who are extremely good to work with the community is very friendly and will welcome a new manager. Brodie place is well situated for local shopping and services and transport links.
