Job Description

About the role:

The Last Mile Production Manager will be responsible overseeing the final stages of vehicle production in our fastpaced and dynamic assemblyline. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage the efficient and timely delivery of vehicles from production to the final customer. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes to ensure seamless delivery and superior quality of our vehicles.

What youll do:

  • Manage EndtoEnd Last Mile Operations: Oversee the lastmile production process from the final assembly line to customer delivery ensuring every vehicle meets the highest quality standards and is ready for customer handover. T
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a diverse team of production staff ensuring effective collaboration adherence to safety protocols and optimal performance.
  • Detail & Quality Assurance: Oversee and conduct final inspections including vehicle detailing and quality control assessments to ensure all vehicles are defectfree and meet company standards before delivery.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) related to lastmile production including throughput defect rates and delivery timeframes and report regularly to senior management for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Lead troubleshooting efforts in addressing any lastminute production issues whether related to parts assembly or logistical challenges ensuring quick resolution without compromising quality or timelines.

Were looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive reconditioning or a related field.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • Proven experience in managing a team in the automotive industry
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Team player and willing to jump in and lead by example.
