As the Enterprise Portfolio Performance and Reporting Lead youll lead the charge in shaping and standardising project controls across the full portfolio. Drive best practice influence governance and make a real impact on enterprisewide delivery success!

About the role

To assure delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio through provision of timely an insightful assurance and reporting including analysis and reporting of portfolio program and project budgets schedules risks and issues and benefits to identify systemic themes and trends to improve overall Enterprise Portfolio performance.

The role supports the Enterprise Portfolio Performance & Reporting Lead with governance & assurance functions providing Program and Project Managers with guidance on the assurance framework and change controls required to assist programs and projects through the Project lifecycle.

Key accountabilities

  • Lead Assurance & Governance: Develop implement and maintain a robust Project and Program Assurance and Governance Framework aligned with the Endeavour Energy Project Lifecycle.
  • Drive Portfolio Oversight: Manage and coordinate governance gate reviews and assurance activities ensuring timely highquality outcomes and remediation plans in collaboration with project owners.
  • Act as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the subject matter expert guiding and supporting leaders and project teams to embed governance and assurance into planning and execution.
  • Coach & Uplift Capability: Mentor team members support business areas like Future Grid and uplift change capability and governance resilience across the organisation.
  • Enable Strategic Benefits Realisation: Monitor portfolio performance ensure benefit realisation accuracy and collaborate on improvement plans to keep projects on track and delivering value.

About you

An energised individual who demonstrates a positive attitude with supportive and professional behaviours that align with Endeavours culture with the ability to engage confidently with our team customers and stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification. Project Management Certification (Prince 2/PMP) Project management experience including;
  • Managing a reporting schedule and quality assurance checks
  • Managing portfolio risks and issues
