Opportunity at a Glance
Adtalem is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Transformation to join its Transformation Office. In this highimpact role you will work across Adtalems enterprise and its five institutions to lead and implement strategic growth initiatives. Youll serve as a critical connector driving progress facilitating alignment and ensuring operational rigor across functions and institutions.
This role demands strong leadership projectbased experience and the ability to move quickly and effectively within a matrixed environment. Youll collaborate with internal teams across all levels and functional areas including Marketing Technology Finance HR Legal Enrollment Student Services and Faculty Operations as well as external partners to enable sustainable measurable business improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives that support Adtalems growth strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to crossfunctional teams supporting ideation planning implementation performance tracking and issue resolution.
- Collaborate across reporting lines to remove barriers maintain momentum and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely outcomes.
- Deliver clear datainformed recommendations and updates to stakeholders through wellstructured presentations reports and verbal communication.
- Champion communication and training efforts related to transformation activities including toolkits workflows systems and meeting cadences.
- Engage external stakeholders to align strategic priorities and longterm program success.
- Partner with institutional leaders to drive accountability for results particularly revenue profitability and performance improvements.
- Prepare and deliver communications updates and resources for both internal and external audiences.
- Other duties as assigned in support of enterprise transformation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience or management consulting experience with crossfunctional influence.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in complex fastpaced environments.
- Demonstrated success leading multistakeholder programs and influencing at all levels of an organization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop insights from data.
- Experience working within regulated industries education or healthcare sectors preferred.
Additional Information :
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country the expected salary range for this position is between $100171.61 and $175761.85. Actual pay will be adjusted based on jobrelated factors permitted by law such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
