Job Description
If you love keeping things clean and creating a fantastic first impression the role of Public Area Attendant is perfect for you. As a Public Area Attendant you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
As Public Area Attendant you will:
- Diligently clean and disinfect all public bathrooms to ensure a high level of hygiene
- Regularly restock essential items such as toilet paper and paper towels for the convenience of our guests
- Monitor and replenish supplies in stock closets ensuring that everything is readily available
- Perform sweeping mopping and vacuuming to keep floors and carpets in pristine condition
- Keep all glass and mirror surfaces spotless enhancing the overall aesthetics
- Empty ashtrays and dispose of trash in public areas promptly
- Dust and maintain cleanliness in all public areas creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Take responsibility for cleaning and maintaining offices in the lobby and sales areas
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Be open to performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications :
- Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
- Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Flexible working hours able to work on weekends holidays and evenings
- Valid TN State identification card
- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States
