Summary:
Seeking a Test Lead to drive verification & validation in software/hardware testing for #PowerSystems #EmbeddedSystems. This role is critical in ensuring product reliability by leading #TestStrategy #TestPlanning #TestExecution while collaborating with development teams & leadership.
Responsibilities:
Define & implement #SystemTesting #IntegrationTesting strategies for power system products
Plan & execute #RegressionTesting #ValidationTesting to confirm compliance
Develop & maintain #AutomatedTesting #TestInfrastructure for optimization
Lead go/nogo release decisions based on system stability
Mentor test engineers & drive #TechnicalInnovation
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters in #ElectricalEngineering #ComputerScience or related field
6 years leading #SoftwareTesting #HardwareTesting teams
Expertise in #Modbus #CAN #IEC61850 communication protocols
Experience in #RegulatoryComplianceTesting
Strong #Troubleshooting #LeadershipSkills
