Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support manage inquiries and ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email or in person
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers concerns and determining the best solution
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Process orders returns and service requests efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
Proven experience in customer service or related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
