You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a skilled Performance Engineer to take the lead in ensuring the scalability reliability and efficiency of our global platform. Youll be instrumental in driving performance strategy across both frontend and backend systems with a strong focus on automation analysis and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
Design and execute performance load and stress tests using tools like k6 JMeter and mPulse.
Monitor and analyze system performance using observability tools like Splunk.
Collaborate with developers SREs QA and product teams to identify bottlenecks and performance risks.
Lead performance audits across services in modern cloudnative and microservice architectures.
Recommend and implement improvements to performance engineering processes.
Provide performance tuning and capacity planning insights.
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of modern cloud environments (AWS GCP or Azure) and microservices.
Proficiency with performance tools: k6 JMeter mPulse and Splunk.
Strong understanding of backend and frontend architectures.
Experience working on largescale hightraffic platforms is a big plus.
Excellent collaboration problemsolving and communication skills.
Based in (or able to work from) Stockholm in a hybrid setup.
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python JavaScript etc.)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance gates
Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration tools
