Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Data Entry Clerk to support our billing team and manage frontdesk reception duties. This role offers a flexible schedule accommodating temporary fulltime or parttime commitments based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into company databases and systems (AXON).
Assist the billing department with data entry invoice processing.
Manage reception duties including greeting visitors handling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
Support various departments with administrative needs as required.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data entry administration or receptionist roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
