- Serve as floor supervisor on a daily basis effectively transition from peer to leader
- Participate in succession planning with supervisor in preparation for growth of team and self
- Customer Obsession: Support and coordinate information for calls/audits Numeracy: Basic understanding of quoting process. Identify and take action when pricing is inaccurate. Technical Knowledge/Decision Making:
- Troubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issues basic understanding of instrumental and/or analytical theory utilizing SMEs to secure desired outcomes
- Performs basic internal event investigation assessment independently recognizes and escalates atypical data to supervisor
- Full understanding of all steps of the investigation process and drives investigations through to completion in a timely manner proactively seeking additional support from SMEs supervisor and client as needed
Initiate Change: Support LEAN initiatives in the department and division
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge skill or ability required.
- Bachelors degree in chemistry biology biochemistry or related degree concentration and approximately 2 years of laboratory experience.
