Joining us as a  Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with the needs of our highprofile EU  and Public Sector clients. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring the successful implementation of agile methodologies and IT solutions.

As a Mid/Senior IT Business Analyst you will:

• Facilitate Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to support collaboration and efficient delivery.
• Gather analyze and document business functional and nonfunctional requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and manage a structured product backlog.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on deliverables.
• Configure systems based on user needs and coordinate customizations with development teams.
• Support sprint planning reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain clear documentation for project teams and stakeholders.
• Work remotely from anywhere within Europe.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (masters and certifications like CBAP/CSPO are a plus)
• 6 years of experience as a business analyst ideally on largescale projects for European institutions or the public sector
• Strong skills in Agile methodologies business process modeling (BPMN) and tools like ARIS and Camunda
• Proficiency in gathering and translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Familiarity with BDD story mapping personas Gherkin syntax and user testing coordination
• Fluency in English and Italian with strong communication and analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong ability to adapt quickly to complex business environments and a fast learner.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication tools such as Apache Kafka is an asset.
