Job Description
- Identifies project objectives and defines scope
- Ultimately responsible for project success
- Project stakeholders (identify manage based on their role in project success)
- Project issues and risks
- Project dependencies inside and outside of the department
- Project Roadmaps (manage matrix resources timeline milestones)
- Anything else what falls between the cracks and hindering project success
- Align teams efforts to bring the right solutions
- Integration of various project and components into 1 program
- Work closely with product owners of project/components
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of commercial experience
- Experience working with or within enterprise product companies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Cultural awareness (India Germany Ukraine)
- Strong organizational change management skills
- Strong operational management skills
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Strong experience in Agile
- Familiarity with Big Data and Data Product concepts
- Experience in driving several initiatives simultaneously from initiation to closure
- Experience in project initiation process
- Knowledge and experience in SWOT analysis
- Strong practical experience in risk analysis and management
- Experience in identifying and managing opportunities
- Advanced level of English
