Working Student, UX Design Operations

We are on the lookout for an Working Student to join the UX Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This role will be supporting various tech and product tribes. 

• Develop and implement ideas for improving UX design and research workflows.

• Collaborate with the team to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

• Assist in collecting and disseminating design and research resources (e.g. Friday Flash meeting templates research repository updates).

• Support planning and execution of key UX and research initiatives including design workshops training sessions and research studies.

• Facilitate smooth event execution by identifying suitable venues coordinating with vendors and preparing materials.

• Contribute to design and research operations and ensure the successful planning and delivery of key communication strategies.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Communications Business Administration Psychology or a related field.  

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fastpaced environments.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace Miro Figma Slack).  

• An interest in user experience (UX) design and research methodologies (a plus).  

• A positive attitude adaptability and a willingness to tackle challenges headon contributing to a supportive and highperforming team culture.
