Job Description
Schedule: 8:30am until finish 5 days on 2 days off including Saturday
Pay: $21.00 an hour
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks to ensure timely and accurate product distribution
- Receiving verifying and strategically storing incoming products to maintain inventory accuracy and optimize space
- Utilizing handheld scanners for load verifications and quality control
- Collaborating with other departments to support operational efficiency
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean organized work environment
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse equipment operation
- Ability to work with various products including yeast and flour
- Must pass preemployment background check
Additional Information :
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position demands exceptional physical capabilities including but not limited to:
- The ability to maintain a standing or walking position for extended periods without compromise.
- Proficiency in navigating staircases safely and efficiently.
- The capacity to consistently lift and maneuver loads of up to 30 lbs. with occasional requirements to manage weights of up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated strength to perform heavy pushing and pulling of products without risk of injury.
- Resilience to work effectively in refrigerated environments specifically within the temperature range of 3338 degrees Fahrenheit.
- The fortitude to operate in an environment characterized by exposure to loud machinery when operational needs dictate.
