Job Description
The Female Mentorship Program at Roland Berger Nordics is a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into a career within consulting. By participating youll be connected to a female consultant who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting your journey. You will receive guidance through 1:1 meetings with your mentor and broaden your network by meeting other female consultants as well as other program participants.
Qualifications :
To qualify for this Mentorship Program you are a female student interested in exploring a career within consulting. You are ideally in your third or fourth year of university studies. You can commit to the full length of the program which will run from September December 2025 including approximately one session per month. The program will conclude with a closing event at our office in Stockholm.
Fluency in a Scandinavian language as well as English is required.
