General Manager Snap Fitness Elephant & Castle
Elephant & Castle London
35000 base up to 6000 performancebased bonus
Fulltime Immediate start available
Were looking for a bold driven and growthfocused leader to take over as General Manager at Snap Fitness Elephant & Castle one of Londons most exciting fitness clubs.
In this role youll have full accountability for the clubs performance from sales and operations to team management member engagement and marketing. If youre passionate about fitness thrive in a fastpaced environment and want to lead a club with real community impact this is your opportunity.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Hitting monthly sales and revenue targets
- Overseeing daytoday operations compliance and member experience
- Leading on local marketing initiatives and social media growth
- Managing and developing your team (FOH instructors cleaners)
- Growing the clubs member base and ensuring a strong retention culture
What Were Looking For:
- Fitness industry experience is essential
- Previous people management experience
- Strong understanding of sales strategy lead generation and pipeline building
- Energy initiative and a roll your sleeves up approach
- Someone whos hungry to grow both personally and professionally
