We are seeking an HR Consultant to join our HR Business Advisor team. Our key objective is to support Deloittes Business Unit Technology & Transformation (T&T) with HR services and guidance on people matters as well as to implement our national talent strategy.
Exciting tasks await you
Your focus will be to provide outstanding HR support to the HR Business Advisors (HRBAs) collaborating closely with them to execute our annual HR processes and projects. By delivering data analysis and presentations on topics such as performance management retention learning and development you will play a central role in strengthening our support to T&T.
Additionally you will have a supporting role in our digitalisation agenda and you will have your own areas of responsibility and projects within HR including exit interviews and reporting pipeline data and performance management data.
We are looking for a colleague who is eager to learn and who thrives on working with administrative tasks in an organization where no two days are alike.
Qualifications :
You are a selfdriven proactive individual with a team spirit who finds pleasure in developing structure. You can combine HR and business and you possess a strong process management and optimization mindset. Most importantly you have a great ability for analysing data.

You thrive in a dynamic and ambitious environment and you manage to meet business needs on time and with high quality by ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently. You are structured detailoriented great in written communication and known for taking great responsibility in the processes you are involved in.
