Youll be part of one of Red Bulls Legal Centers of Expertise focused on Media Marketing and IT. Your role will center around becoming a trusted expert on legal matters relating to IT Artificial Intelligence and Gaming & Esports. Youll dive into a wide range of innovative projects involving digitization and emerging technologies maintaining indepth insight and delivering expert legal support.
Youll also be expected to take ownership of initiatives collaborating closely with business and support teams to cocreate and drive governance and legal frameworks enabling the responsible adoption of technologies including AIalways aligned with internal standards and business priorities.
LEGAL BUSINESS PARTNER
As a Legal Business Partner youll provide handson legal and project support for initiatives across our diverse business landscape. Youll proactively monitor analyze and communicate regulatory developments translating them into practical advice that safeguards the business and fosters innovation.
Additionally youll lead and/or support the drafting review and negotiation of technology and mediarelated agreements including but not limited to SaaS Agreements App Development Agreements Sponsorship Agreements Event Organizer Agreements and Production Services Agreements etc.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In addition to providing legal guidance youll be responsible for managing specific projects related to emerging technologies and AI governance coordinating crossfunctional efforts to ensure product and project development aligns with applicable digital laws.
Youll also plan track and drive the delivery of key documentation projects ensuring adherence to evolving legal standards in digitization and emerging technologies.
TEMPLATES AND PROCESSES
Youll be responsible for drafting governance documentation such as policies and guidelines and for implementing legal processes and workflows that support business and operational needs particularly in the context of new technologies and AI governance.
Qualifications :
Min. 2 years relevant working legal experience gained at a big consulting firm law firm and/or inhouse
Profound knowledge in civil law and a keen sense for legal contexts
Interest and ability to analyze new technologies and innovative products from a legal perspective
Strong problemsolving skills and legal judgment with the ability to work efficiently and effectively toward solutions.
Highly adaptable and serviceoriented attitude with the ability to handle pressure and provide thoughtful recommendations.
A cando attitude proactive autonomous resilient adaptable eager to continually learn and develop professionally with a teamfirst mindset.
Structured and organized personality able to maintain attention to detail and effectively manage priorities.
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.30300 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
