Were looking for an ambitious Product Designer to own and drive the entire product design function at Aligned.
Your superpower Deep user empathy and the ability to craft a product experience that hooks from the first click.
Your skills:
- 4 years of experience designing mobile and web products
- Strong in both visual and UX design
- Skilled in building and maintaining design system architecture
- Comfortable working fast and independently in uncertainty
- Able to prototype quickly and validate ideas via usability testing
- Portfolio with endtoend design examples (mobilefirst focus)
- English level: B2
Bonus points:
- Experience designing conversational AI interfaces
- Familiar with Rive
- Comfortable with generative AI tools (Midjourney Adobe Recraft)
- UX writing sensibility and brand/marketing design experience
What youll do:
- Run user interviews and usability tests to validate ideas
- Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
- Push creative boundaries for an innovative consumer AI product
- Own all things UI/UX: screens illustrations microanimations prototypes
- Design and improve core product flows
- Set up and refine internal design processes
Team: A small product team. Youll work closely with the CEO and Engineering Lead.
