Were hiring on behalf of a toptier TV and streaming service provider! If youre fluent in Danish and passionate about delivering outstanding support this is your chance to join a dynamic international team.
Location: Poland (Work from any location officebased)

What Youll Do
Provide first and secondline support for both business and residential customers
Assist with billing and contractrelated inquiries
Guide customers through technical troubleshooting for their services
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Make outbound calls for collecting feedback and issuing payment reminders
Who You Are
Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) both written and spoken
At least 6 months of experience in customer service
Strong communicator with a customerfirst attitude
Comfortable with basic admin tasks and technical processes
Available for rotating shifts:
MonFri: 09:00 19:00
Weekends: 10:00 16:00
