A school in Kensington with a focus on the holistic development of its students is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Education Teacher to join their wellestablished department. Location: KensingtonRole: Physical Education Teacher (FullTime Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 34 (and potentially BTEC Sport).
- Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of physical fitness sportsmanship and healthy living within Physical Education.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Physical Education department to share best practice and enhance the Physical Education curriculum.
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Physical Education.
- Contribute to the organisation and delivery of extracurricular sports clubs and school sporting events within Physical Education.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physical Education.
- Degree in Physical Education Sports Science or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Physical Education at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply) with experience delivering BTEC Sport being advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of various sports fitness principles and healthy lifestyles relevant to Physical Education.
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students in Physical Education.
- A passion for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle through Physical Education considering the broader wellbeing of students.
