If youre looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia we have multiple permanent opportunities available working a 14 days on 7 days off (11 Hour) rosterfor experienced and qualified Chefs. Based in Townsville OR Rockhampton these roles will work across multiple sites within our Energy & Resources portfolio sites in Queensland.

Working across all sections of the kitchen across all of our sites where required you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites.
Who are we looking for
To be successful youll need:
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity.
- Able to work autonomously.
- Able to be flexible and adaptable.
- Previous FIFO Chef experience is desired but not essential!
- Previous experience in masscatering environments highly desired (volume/bulk cooking).
- Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia.
- You will be required to obtain a National Police Check should you not have one dated within the last 6 months.
