- We are seeking a highly organized detailoriented and motivated Office Coordinator to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. This role focuses on managing daily operations optimizing schedules and ensuring client satisfaction. As the central communication point between clients staff and leadership.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communications & Scheduling:
- Handle client inquiries via phone email and website.
- Schedule services and manage appointments using our platform.
- Provide quotes and confirm appointments.
- Assign tasks to staff based on availability and service type.
- Ensure staff are briefed on job details in advance.
- Respond to staff questions and resolve scheduling issues promptly.
- Manage invoicing track payments and maintain accurate records.
- Post job listings to attract clients and staff.
- Track and order supplies as needed.
- Address client concerns professionally and ensure resolution.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in operations scheduling customer service or office coordination.
- Experience in the home services industry (e.g. cleaning HVAC plumbing or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Reliable punctual and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Benefits
Compensation:
- $15/hour
- After 90 days: $15.50/hour
- After 1 year: $16/hour
- Potential bonus after 3 months / Commission available
$8.00 food allowance for weekend shifts)
