Job Description
Quaker Houghton is a global leader in industrial process fluids. We deliver a wide range of services in many business segments such as Aerospace Automotive Medical.
This position is a fixed term/part time position for approximately 12 months maternity cover.
The position holder will be working as part of a small team in Raglan Gwent Wales.
Tasks
- Managing daily enquiries and telephone calls from customers
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Preparing customer quotations assisting with order processing & packing of goods.
- Sales follow up including mailing and telephone calls
- Market Research website development and maintenance & marketing
- Preparing customer company and purchase order documentation
Requirements
- Sales administration experience(preferred).
- Customer service experience (preferred).
- Numerical & commercial skills (preferred).
- Experience of using MS Office (essential) & Sage 50.
Benefits
Parttime working: 34 days weekly
Office based
Working Hours: 9:00am 5: 00pm
