A dynamic internationally operating B2B services provider with a strong presence across Europe is looking for a handson Head of Marketing & Communications to lead its marketing efforts from strategy to . This is a pivotal endtoend role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
Working closely with the Commercial Officer and crossfunctional teams youll drive impactful campaigns that fuel growth strengthen brand equity and elevate internal and external communications.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Turn business objectives into a robust and effective marketing strategy to help the business achieve its goals.
- You have full ownership over our communications strategy and deliver campaigns that drive brand reputational and commercial growth.
- Internal communication; be responsible for employment engagement and internal communications as well as working closely with CSuite on their communications towards the organization and outside world.
- Take full ownership for our brand refresh and work to develop a suite of multimedia content to target our audience.
- Being responsible for the output and performance of our content and digital marketing partner.
- Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across CSuite sales and product management to ensure there is buy in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
- Utilise a variety of tactics ABM paid social webinars and email marketing to generate MQLs and drive pipeline growth.
- Oversee the of a variety of content marketing activities thought leadership blogs ebooks webinars and video ensuring quality is high.
- Oversee website maintenance and updates ensuring content is optimised for SEO and build our presence across different social channels
- Track and report on traffic CAC MQLs conversion rates attribution web analytics and pipeline growth
- Developing materials and presentations to support sales.
- Work with customers and stakeholders across the business to gain insights into the unique needs preferences and behaviours of our target (customer) segments.
- Manage and report on the monthly marketing budget.
Requirements
- 810 years of senior experience in marketing and communications ideally in B2B services
- Proven track record to drive awareness lead generation and commercial impact
- Experienced in internal corporate communications and /or external communications social / digital marketing employee engagement
- Strong stakeholder managementinternally and with external partners
- Experienced in leading projects from start to finish
- English fluency (excellent copy accuracy and proofreading skills articulate written visual and verbal communicator); German is a plus
