We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Year 2 Teacher to join our thriving threeform entry primary school in Ealing from September 2025. This fulltime permanent position comes with a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for a middle leadership role offering a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your teaching career.

About the Role:You will lead a wellsupported Year 2 class as part of a collaborative KS1 team in a highperforming inclusive school. Alongside your teaching responsibilities the TLR will involve contributing to wholeschool improvement through a focused leadership areacurriculum phase leadership or subject development depending on your strengths and interests.

Has proven experience in KS1 ideally in Year 2
