Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Microsoft SQL Engineer to join our team of SQL Engineers to maintain and develop our current and future data centric financial technology solutions.
Responsibilites:
- Fastrak Web Application & Client Portal Our mature reporting solution for wealth management firms and their clients built with MVC JavaScript frameworks Bootstrap and more.
- FINIO Data Hub An awardwinning growing system that connects investment platforms software providers and advisory firms for the seamless flow of investment data. FINIO helps the wealth management sector become more efficient integrated and capable of handling complex investment data required to power modern software systems.
Requirements
- You will be passionate about all things datarelated and an effective troubleshooter.
- You will be proficient in TSQL including Stored Procedures Views Triggers and UDFs.
- You will have had some exposure to SQL Internal Architecture (Metadata Indexes Statistics etc..
- You will be knowledgeable in performance tuning (using all available tools / techniques) and refactoring existing SQL.
- You will have some experience of SQL CLRs SSRS and Power BI.
- As a key member of the team in a growing business you will be a natural communicator.
