We are seeking a dedicated and experienced JiuJitsu Head Coach to join our clients team. This is a fulltime position for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about Jiu Jitsu excels in customer service and possesses strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach both adults and children in Jiu Jitsu.
- Manage and support staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience for all members.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Conduct community outreach initiatives to promote the academy.
- Drive membership sales and contribute to the academy s growth.
Requirements
- JiuJitsu Rank Must hold a Purple Brown or Black Belt (no other martial arts will be considered).
- Customer Service Experience Any prior customerfacing role is acceptable.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Google Suite Slack MindBody and GoHighLevel is required.
- Coaching Experience Preferred but not mandatory; exceptional communication skills are highly valued.
- Educational Background A college degree is preferred but not required; we seek individuals who have demonstrated commitment and dedication in their pursuits.
Benefits
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary of $63000 annually which includes base salary profitsharing and earnings from private lessons.
- Benefits available after 90 days including 50 health insurance coverage and full reimbursement for phone expenses.
