This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the business owner to support strategic planning and informed decisionmaking
Create and maintain KPI trackers; generate reports to measure team success and business growth
Lead regular leadership and team meetings; coordinate quarterly and annual planning sessions
Manage invoice processing customer billing and ensure timely business license renewals
Oversee procurement of supplies retail inventory and operational tools
Lead recruitment job postings interview coordination and onboarding of new employees
Support onsite general managers and conduct coaching sessions with staff as needed
Develop and update SOPs research competitors and explore local partnerships
Requirements:
At least 2 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager preferably in a call center or BPO setup
Strong background in strategic planning performance management and crossfunctional collaboration
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Knowledge in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus
