This is a fulltime inperson role ideal for a detailoriented professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about supporting the firm.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) is designed for someone based in Central or South America who brings legal intake experience and outstanding communication skills. You ll help guide prospective clients with empathy and efficiency ensuring a smooth transition into our legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish
- Accurately collect and document client information using CRM and case management systems
- Evaluate prospective clients needs and determine appropriate next steps
- Schedule consultations and manage followup communications
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Must be located in Central or South America
- Prior law firm experience is required
- Experience with Lawmatics and Clio is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable working independently in a fastpaced environment
