Job Description

As a Commercial Real Estate Data & Market Research Specialist you ll maintain crucial market intelligence databases conduct targeted research and provide valuable insights that directly impact multimillion dollar real estate decisions. Responsibilities
- Drive the maintenance and enhancement of property market databases ensuring accurate tracking of industrial and commercial real estate listings
- Generate and curate highvalue prospect lists for potential buyers and tenants supporting business development initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate sector
- Update and maintain detailed comparable sales databases to support property valuation analysis
- Manage data entry and maintenance in the company s CRM system ensuring accurate client and property information
- Create and maintain market tracking spreadsheets for active property listings and sales
- Support brokers with datadriven insights and strategic information gathering
- Collaborate with team members to optimize data management processes and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry and database management
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software and data organization
- Detailoriented mindset with exceptional accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work independently while following established processes
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
