Your mission:
As a Junior Product Manager you will drive the development of key platform features ensuring they address the needs of our customers in the energy sector. From initial scoping to postlaunch success you will play a vital role in refining our strategic product roadmap validating customer pain points and delivering impactful solutions.
You will work with an established product and a highly collaborative team gaining handson experience in digital product development while helping to shape the future of energy trading.
What youll do:
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and validation to launch and iteration.
- Ensure productmarket fit by deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions before development.
- Leverage datadriven decisionmaking to refine and prioritise product development.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams (commercial engineering and design) to shape and refine product ideas.
- Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate crossfunctional .
- Support the gotomarket strategy by ensuring a seamless handover from development to commercial teams.
- Apply best practices in product management to drive efficiency and innovation.
Who you are:
- Minimum 1 year of direct product management experience with a proven track record of understanding customer needs participating in the product development lifecycle and contributing to bringing products to market.
- Demonstrated experience as an analyst within an energy trading firm or significant professional experience directly working in energy trading or the renewable energy sector.
- A strong understanding of energy markets and trading processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g. Jira) and comfortable utilising datadriven methodologies for decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
