Job Description
Jackie Cooper Imports of Tulsa is seeking a Business Development Center representative to assist the service staff establish customer appointments. We are looking for customerfocused applicants who are selfmotivated with outstanding communication skills and a strong work ethic. This is a tremendous opportunity for people looking for an exciting career in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to set appointments for service department
- Make outbound calls to create more service opportunities
- Assist in service department administrative tasks
- Coordinate with sales department to fulfill postpurchase appointments
- Orchestrate service status checks with service advisors
- Must be available to work 10am 7pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.
- Hourly rate $15.50 plus bonuses based on performance
Qualifications :
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive problemsolving demeanor
- Prior automotive business development coordinator experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
- Professional appearance with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be able to pass preemployments screens.
- Proficient with computers phones and basic software.
