Job Description
Position Overview:
We are urgently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role you will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary focus will be on delivering patientcentered care ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.
Qualifications :
- Valid LPN license
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Additional Information :
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Perform basic wound care and assist with personal hygiene.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and health concerns.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
