Job Description
Sonar Spark is seeking a dedicated Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team in Denver. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients helping resolve inquiries providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are an excellent communicator with a passion for helping others we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet performance metrics including call quality and response time
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes
Stay informed on product updates procedures and company communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask stay organized and work in a fastpaced environment
Proficient in using computers and customer service software
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
A professional and calm demeanor under pressure
