We are seeking a detailoriented and articulate Communications Agent to join our team in Raleigh NC. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating internal and external communications supporting departmental initiatives and ensuring clear and professional messaging across all platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is organized proactive and skilled in both verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
Develop edit and distribute internal and external communications materials
Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging
Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and written correspondence
Respond to inquiries from clients partners and staff professionally and promptly
Maintain and update company documentation and communication guidelines
Monitor and support communication workflows and timelines
Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic communication planning
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Business or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications administrative or clientfacing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools
Comfortable working in a structured professional environment
