Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will provide prompt professional assistance to our clients and customers ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution through effective communication and problemsolving skills.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and courteous manner
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide effective solutions
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Monitor and follow up on customer concerns to ensure resolution
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 12 years of experience in a customer support or client service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient in using CRM software and other support tools
Reliable organized and a team player
