Job Description
We are seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! We offer a base salary of $100K per year for the first 6 months. After that youll transition to our competitive fullcommission pay structure.
Must be able to provide metrics on:
- CP Hours per RO
- CPRO Gross
- CPELR
- CSI
Experience required CDJR experience is preferred but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Listen attentively to customers concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs
- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age mileage and history of the vehicle.
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders
- Collaborate closely with service technicians parts department and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

Qualifications :
- Dealership Service Advisor experience
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license 3 yr min)
- Must be able to provide metrics on:
- CP Hours per RO
- CPRO Gross
- CPELR
- CSI
