Job Summary Recruits and supports lowincome and atrisk students who receive Kentucky Temporary Assistance Program (KTAP) benefits aiming to enhance their GED attainment college enrollment retention and success rates. Responsibilities include but are not limited to academic advising career counseling case management human resources management and activities related to student recruitment and retention as specified by the grant.

Job Duties: - Provides comprehensive case management services including intake assessment advocacy mentoring education and employability planning retention and completion strategies and coaching.
- Develops and assesses action plans to address students academic and nonacademic needs monitors student achievement and offers academic advising and support.
- Delivers career coaching through student selfassessment goal setting career exploration and the development of workplace skills.
- Creates meaningful work experience and workstudy placements both on and off campus supervises workstudy students and acts as a liaison with work placement supervisors. Mentors students in professional development job readiness and workplace principles.
- Identifies and recruits eligible participants within the community and educational providers collaborates closely with the Department of Community Based Services
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or equivalent in social work psychology counseling education or a related field
- Four to six years of relelvant expeirence
- Previous experience with case management including intake assessment advocacy and mentoring.
- High attention to detail independent selfmotivated adaptable to fastpaced environments.
- Skilled in engaging and supporting students from diverse different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Professional and courteous communication at all levels both internally and externally.
- Clear verbal and written skills.
- Efficiently prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Forms Outlook Teams SharePoint Word).

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with the Department of Community Based Services.
- Experience working at the community college level.
