We are seekinga highly motivated and creative Global Brand and Marketing Communications Intern to join our team in Lombard IL.
Job Summary:
The Global Brand and Marketing Communications Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our internal and external communication efforts. The internship experience offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in brand marketing social content development PRand all aspects of internal communications within the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communication Development:
Assistin crafting and disseminatinginternal communications that reflect Griffith Foods key communication initiatives.
Collaborate withcross functional teams such as HR Sustainability Nutrition R&D to gather and develop communication stories to be shared across internal platforms.
External Communications Development:
Support the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor social media analytics to inform future content strategies.
Assistin developing Griffith Foods annual culinary program gaining experience in project management video productionand content development.
Support the development and of PR campaigns focused on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Assistin researching and drafting press releases media alerts and other communications related to sustainability initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identifytrends and opportunities in the food industry.
Gathering of consumer and industry insights related to key communication initiatives
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideasfor marketing campaigns.
Assistin maintainingand updating the brands presence across different digital platforms.
Requirements:
Education:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communicationand writing skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in adobe a plus.
