Job Description
Job Title:VP of People
About the Company:Were partnered with a growing Series B/FinTech $125M raised todate) that currently has 140 employees and plans to expand to 180 before the end of 2025.
They value strong HR leadership that is both strategic and handson thriving in a fastpaced environment.
Your Role:You will be responsible for shaping the organizational structure and resource allocation for the people function as the company scales. This role requires a thought partner to navigate a significant roadmap ahead.
Qualifications:
Strong background in strategic and operational HR functions.
Experience in performance management and organizational design.
Ability to drive change quickly.
Business acumen with a track record of success in highperformance environments.
Adaptability and readiness to tackle challenges.
Interview Process:The process includes a phone screen an interview with the hiring manager a case presentation to a panel and meetings with various leaders before an offer is made.
Compensation:Base equity (Flexible)
