We are seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM operations in the APAC region. This role will serve as a critical link between HR business units and IT ensuring that our systems and processes align with both local and global requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR technology particularly SAP HCM and demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR IT regional platforms and foundations including but not limited to SuccessFactors SAP HCM SAP BTP Fiori.
- Support HR IT Global integration topics Implementation of HR IT Master Data Management solutions utilizing both cloud and onpremise technologies. Utilizes knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to support business needs. Manage and lead team in the area of SAP UX/UI implementation and rollout under the responsibility of HR IT. Design and Develop UI applications in the Fiori environment including configuration and integration to the SAP backend systems using Open Data Protocol (OData). System design and landscape architecture.
- Knowledge Management: Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies architecture and data flow. Performs and acts as a Technology Expert in HR endtoend Business processes and configuration. Define for global guidelines for HXM and UI Developments and Operations
- Technical Authority: Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility. Drive innovations and improve existing technologies. Creates innovative business solutions using ABAP and other technologies such as object oriented programming reports FI interfaces Designs and develops reliable sustainable best practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
- Consultation and Guidance: Provides expert level end to end business process consulting to internal customers serving as the IT partner and provider at a Regional level for HR departments Center of Excellence and HR Services. Liaison with HR Operation and IT community to understand needs develop ITconcepts and blueprints implement systems solutions and evaluate success. Work cooperatively with the Global HR team to maximize resource utilization and effectiveness of systems solutions
- Optimization and Innovation: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies. Ensure optimization of HRIT technical landscape platforms and data flows focusing on strategy portfolio architecture and roadmap.
- Vendor Management: coordinate HR IT providers monitor performance
Qualifications :
- Masters Degree Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer science related field
- 5 10 years of IT or Industry working experience.
- Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms esp. but not limited to SuccessFactors SAP HCM Master Data Management Architecture Management. SAP ABAP programming for HCM esp. interface techniques
- A passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows
- Project management skills (Minimum 5 years relevant SAP project experience)
- Excellent problemsolving and holistic thinking skills
- Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
- High customerorientation and interpersonal skills
- Intercultural sensitivity preferably working experience in the international team
- Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
- Language spoken English
- Open to travel up to 10 incl. business trips abroad
