Job Description
Summary:
Primary responsibility is teaching Biology at the high school level. The ideal candidate will have earned a masters degree in Biology or a masters degree in any field with 18 graduate hours in Biology.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be eligible for a Virginia teaching license with a Biology endorsement. License eligibility may be met through any of the following routes:
- Completed an approved teacher preparation program in Earth Science or Biology;
- Hold a bachelors degree in Biology from an accredited institute;
Salary:
Range for theschool year is$53000 $82243 with additional supplemental pay for a graduate degree. The pay scale may be adjusted based on thebudget.
